These terms govern your use of redvan.ca. They are not a service contract. Work carried out by Red Van Restoration is governed by the written quote, work authorisation, or service agreement you sign for that job, which takes precedence over anything on this website.
Information on this site is general
Content describing water damage, fire and smoke damage, mould, storm damage, reconstruction, carpet cleaning, and insurance matters is provided for general information. It is not a professional assessment of your property and should not be relied on as one. Every loss is different. Nothing on this site creates a professional or advisory relationship between us.
In an emergency
This website is not an emergency response channel. Do not use any form on this site to report an active emergency. If there is a fire, or if you or anyone else is in danger, get to safety and call 911. For active property damage, telephone 604-240-7787.
Quotes and pricing
Submitting a quote request does not create a booking, and no price is generated automatically. Any figure we provide is an estimate based on the information you give us and, where applicable, an on-site assessment. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the quote. Final pricing may change if the scope, condition, access, or extent of damage differs from what was described, and we will tell you before proceeding if that happens.
What you tell us
You agree that information and photographs you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are the owner, occupant, or authorised representative of the property, or otherwise permitted to request work at that address. Quotes and scheduling depend on the accuracy of what you provide.
Insurance
We are not an insurer and we do not adjust claims. We cannot determine what your policy covers, and nothing on this site is a representation that any loss will be covered. Coverage decisions rest with your insurer.
Service area
We serve Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Availability outside this area is not guaranteed.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party services, including our booking and review platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
